Im Allgemeinen waren wir sehr zufrieden und werden die Unterkunft wieder buchen und weiterempfehlen Positive: Die Lage war perfekt. Wir konnten alles zu Fuß erreichen. Sehenswürdigkeiten, Geschäfte, Tavernen, Bars, Cafe..... Negative: Das Bad/WC war ziemlich eng.

Negative: Escape from this horror accommodation. As someone who rents accommodation through Booking, I can rightly say that if you want to avoid getting an infection, get sick, do not rent this accommodation. All bed linen and towels are washed for 30' 15 min. This is done by the cleaner while she cleans the apartment between guests in the washing machine located in the bathroom of the apartment. Such unwashed and undisinfected laundry is dried on a dirty, too-small terrace, where pigeons sleep above the laundry. When you lie down in bed, their bedding stinks, you smell smog and bird droppings. This is totally unacceptable. We came to the apartment half an hour after we were allowed to enter. We found that the apartment had not been cleaned by the previous guests. So we saw how they were washing the bed linen. We called the owner of the apartment who told us that it was not his apartment, but his brother's and that we had entered the apartment before time. We left our things in the apartment and went out for a walk until they cleaned the apartment. Since then, we have lost all communication with the owner. Simply, no one answered the phone to tell us whether the apartment was cleaned or not, whether we could enter the apartment. We entered the apartment around 8 pm. The apartment is located in an excellent location, in the very center. It looks beautiful in the pictures, but in reality it's a disaster. There are no wardrobes in the apartment, only (broken) sideboards. The sleeping mattress and pillows are of the worst quality. Under the bed, you will find water bottles, deodorants... a dirty cap that someone forgot. The bathroom is too small. If you sit on the toilet, your feet are literally in the shower cabin. In the shower cabin, we found someone's used large hand soap. There was no toilet paper. The kitchen had dirty dishes and glasses. The summary of everything is that we didn't get an ordinary apology.

It was a great location, close by to center. Positive: Perfect location, was right next to the Christmas market. Apartment had lovely central heating which was so needed as it was pretty cold outside. Always hot water for a shower. Easy self check in, instructions were very clear. Negative: Wasn’t enough cups in the property for 6 adults… there was only 3 but we just went and bought some more… Hoover was no good, wanted to keep the floors clean. So could do with a better hoover… Bathroom was pretty small, but I expected that as you can tell from the photos.
